Cancellation Policy

-Cancellation Policy: a. If you need to cancel your tattoo appointment, we kindly request that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to other clients. b. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may result in the loss of any deposit paid at the time of booking. c. In the case of a valid emergency or unforeseen circumstance, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation. -Rescheduling Policy: a. If you need to reschedule your tattoo appointment, we appreciate a minimum of 48 hours' notice. This gives us sufficient time to adjust our schedule and accommodate your request. b. If you provide us with at least 48 hours' notice, we can transfer your deposit to the new appointment date and time. c. Rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours' notice may require a new deposit. -No-Show Policy: a. If you fail to show up for your tattoo appointment without prior notice, you may forfeit your deposit, and future appointments may require a new deposit to secure the booking. b. Multiple no-show instances may result in the inability to schedule future appointments. We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, and we strive to be flexible and accommodating to our clients' needs. However, it is essential to respect the time and effort of our tattoo artists and provide sufficient notice for cancellations or rescheduling. By adhering to this policy, we can ensure the smooth operation of our tattoo shop and maintain a fair and respectful environment for all clients.
