UNO

Uno was born in South Korea, where she also began tattooing. Starting with traditional blackwork, she spent years exploring different forms and styles of her craft, feeling honored by her role of formalizing memories on client’s skin. Believing that fine-line style is the best conduit for creativity and meaning for the client, Uno decided to specialize in it, with one-line being her favorite. She believes fluctuating lines are a great tool for expressing the ups, downs, and flows of a moment, capturing all of the nuances of her client’s stories. Her designs emulate minimalism with simple yet subtle compositions.
